📊 Here’s a quick look at the application phase stats: - 107 people registered on our application platform following its launch in late January.
- 54 projects submitted a complete application by the deadline on 20 March.
- 15 projects were shortlisted during our pre-selection process, which included formal and thematic eligibility checks by our team and jury.
These 15 teams are now invited to pitch their ideas at next week’s jury meeting on 13 May. We’re excited to see which projects will be selected for funding!
Not Selected This Time? Keep Going! We were truly impressed by the thoughtfulness, creativity, and social plus ecological commitment behind so many of your submissions. The selection process was competitive, with only a limited number of spots available—and many strong applications in the mix. If your project wasn’t invited to pitch this time, know that this decision doesn’t reflect a lack of potential or value. Rather, it was the result of difficult choices based on thematic fit, feasibility, and long-term impact. We strongly encourage you to keep refining your idea and pushing it forward! 📅 Mark your calendars for next time: We reopen in 22 January 2026!
📌 What’s next? - Jury pitch with subsequent communication of results
- First online check-in with the selected teams
- Kick-off event in Basel with the selected teams, jury, and alumni
